The Bromley Cassette
If you are blind or partially sighted and live in the London

weekly free talking newspaper, The Bromley Cassette. The Bromley
Cassette is specially produced from local newspapers, magazines
and listeners comments. It is delivered through the post on a 90
minute cassette tape and includes news stories on one side of the
tape, and local information on the other side.
Sighted residents who have difficulty reading can receive the
cassette for the cost of the postage, all blind residents are
supplied free of charge.
The cassette is produced by a team of volunteers who edit, read,
record and duplicate the 90 minute programme each week. Funding
is only by voluntary contributions, if you would like to help
with a donation to support the service, or if you, or someone you
