ChildAid to Russia & Republics Charity
The original Aid To Russia & Republics charity was set up in 1973 to
support people in the Soviet Union who were being penalised by
the system for their Christian beliefs. The charity sent in
clothing and food parcels and organised links between UK and
Soviet Christians. Since the dramatic political upheavals of
recent years, their work has changed to include help for people
throughout the former Soviet Republics.
ChildAid to Russia and the Republics seeks to enable lives to be transformed by supporting disadvantaged children and young people in Russia and the former Soviet Republics. In collaboration with established local partners, to improve the quality of life for street children, orphans and children with disabilities, through short and long term aid and development initiatives usually led or inspired by Christians.
ChildAid To Russia & Republics are looking for volunteers, you can
