Bromley Alcohol Advice. Don't drink and drive but even if not driving, keep sensible limits of 14 units a week for women and 21 units a week for men. The Bromley Community Bereavement Service offers group or individual support in safe and welcoming surroundings. Free advice is available on how to deal with the varied problems experienced during bereavement including guilt, anxiety, sadness, sleeping and eating problems. The Bromley Cassette. If you are blind or partially sighted and live in the London Borough of Bromley, you can be in touch through tape, via the weekly free talking newspaper.
