Sgt Rob Richards:
Charity Bike Ride, Lands End to John O'Groats. 26th May to 4th June. Donate to Help for Heroes on the BeMyCharity website. Local officer Sergeant Richards successfully completed his 987 mile solo bike ride from John O'Groats to Lands End in ten days - despite snow, hail and being knocked from his bike by a caravan - raising in excess of £1,600.
