Launched in September 2012, FILMBOX is a 500 seat community cinema based at Langley Park Centre for the Performing Arts. A 'not-for-profit' venture run by staff and student volunteers from Langley Park School for Boys, Beckenham.

Bromley's Charter Market has been running for over 800 years, since 1205, when King John granted the charter allowing a weekly market in the square. The Charter Market moved from Station Road car park where it has been held since the last relocation. It sells a wide variety of goods, including fruit and vegetables, household goods, fashion and haberdashery.
